How do I exchange/return ?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange or return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange /return request is approved
What items are returnable/exchangable
We can exchange/return a product only in the case when it's damaged or there is a manufacturing fault or if the size does not fit. To be eligible for an exchange within 10 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it i.e without any crease(in case of shoes), signs of wear and tear or damages etc. . It must also be in the original packaging. In case the product needs to to returned , a store credit would be issued of equivalent amount which can be used for any future purchases . Please note , we do not provide refund against the return .
Are there any charges for return?

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my exchange or store credit note ?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your request will be processed, and credit note would be sent to your regsitered email address within 10 working days.In case of exchange , we will dispatch your required product within 4-5 workinf days of reciept of return .
